Since May 2009 Tolaram Foundation participates in Central Baltic Interreg IV A program Music for All funded by European Regional Development Fund.

 

The partners are Riga city from Latvia, Resonaari Special Music School from Finland and Tolaram Foundation from Estonia. The goal of the project is to teach the teachers how to teach music to the children with special needs. The project will be completed in April 2011. As the result of the project every partner will have in its native language the Techer's Handbook, supported by DVD with practical hints. The Handbooks are to the teachers for free. During the project period each partner gathers the experience from its country's specialists through workshops and other get-togethers, so the manual comprises the experience of the teachers from all three countries.
